Program description

Dreamedia sends conversational and customer care text messages from (469) 312-1489. Messages relate to your inquiry, consultation, system design, quote, order, delivery, installation scheduling, and support.

How to opt in

You opt in by texting us at (469) 312-1489. Your first message to us is your consent to receive replies. After you opt in, you will receive this confirmation:

“Dreamedia: You’re opted in to texts about your inquiry and project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
